Bartender was on a power trip. Gave my friend a hard time for not wanting to start a tab on an order of 8 shots. Then proceeded to deny him service when he wanted to buy one big round of beers for everyone much later in the evening. We take turns buying rounds, shouldn’t be a big deal. Another friend bought the round for us, and the bartender decided to forcefully take the drink from my friend who was denied services hand, give him cash out of the register, and called the bouncers over to tell us finish our drinks and leave. We were respectful and tipped well all evening, the bouncers didn’t even understand what the issue was. Totally ridiculous behavior, guy needs an attitude check.

Terrible Experience: Rude Staff and Unprofessional Behavior

My friends recently had the misfortune of visiting the Ale house, and I must say it was an utterly disappointing experience. The staff's behavior towards my friends was shockingly rude and unprofessional, leaving a bitter taste in our mouths. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment if you value basic courtesy and respect.

From the moment they arrived, we were greeted with disdainful glares and unwelcoming attitudes. It seemed as though the staff had already decided to make our visit as unpleasant as possible. The initial interactions were marked by condescending remarks and a complete lack of empathy or understanding.

To our disbelief, the situation escalated when our friends were abruptly asked to leave, despite not causing any trouble or violating any rules. The staff's approach was aggressive, bordering on abusive, as they resorted to yelling and public humiliation. Such unprofessional behavior is simply inexcusable and should not be tolerated in any setting.

In conclusion, experience at was one I would rather forget. The rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by the staff towards my friends were beyond the pale. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this establishment unless they are prepared for a truly unpleasant encounter. There are far better places out there where you can be treated with respect and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.

This guy keeps writing passive- aggressive responses back to the reviewers that are negative. He’s not genuinely apologetic, if a massive group of people are saying the same thing, if you’re at fault as well…take responsibility. There no reason to be bias towards whoever you “like.” The other men in bar were aggressive as well, and how come they weren’t thrown out the bar? If your truly equal, don’t show partially. If you so rightly believe that this group of people were college kids, then how come the adults were banging dishes and barking back at them? Show some maturity…. or did you forget to be a human and not like act like dog as you’re so called pet- friendly too. Don’t like what I said, right? Then learn to talk with respect, if you want respect back.

I don’t even know where to start. The utter disregard and disrespect to their customers that are not regulars clearly show. They were rude and unkind.

To be clarify the owners below response, we weren’t escorted out of the bar for playing a game as the owner suggests. We were escorted out after we asked the person claiming to be the “manager” what his name was, to which he didn’t respond and reacted by banging the dishes he had in his hand on the bar table. On top of this a bystander decided he wanted to put his hands on our female friends. This altercation plus another bystander pulling the man away from my female friends is the reason why WE were escorted out and not the bystander who tried to fight the females.

Me and my friends last night had a deeply disappointing and disrespectful experience at The Ale House. I feel compelled to share my encounter to caution others about the lack of respect and racist behavior from the bar attender who even refuse to give his name.

I hope that my review encourages The Ale House to reflect on their practices and take steps towards improving their customer service and handling of such situations. It is my sincere hope that others are not subjected to the same mistreatment that I experienced.

Please think twice before considering a visit to the Ale house, as there are many other establishments in the area that prioritize their customers' well-being and treat them with the respect they deserve.

The same group that was asked to leave for obnoxious behavior keeps giving the same, rehearsed, 1 star reviews. They won't make a difference. The bar is thriving and the patrons love it. Free pool, shuffleboard, darts, trivia, live music and a rooftop pickleball court.
