Great bar for music with plenty of character, mainly created by the ownwr. The house band were excellent, creating a smashing atmosphere. Dog-friendly for that extra charm

Nette Leute, familiäres Flair.
Live Musik gibt's es wenn jemand bereit ist die Musikinstrumente vor Ort zu spielen, oder eben selbst mitbringt.
Als ich vor Ort war, gab's alte traditionelle Musik. Daher für mich ein Pub wie ich ihn in Irland erwartet aber leider viel zu selten vorgefunden habe

Great place for a pint, great music and lovely craic. Lovely dogs and the owner is equally lovely and a great pint poured by Jordan himself

Attended for a friend's remembrance service, the owner and manager were fantastic and worked like demons all day long.

The pub is rammed-packed with interesting trinkets and paraphernalia.

If you're a local or ever visit Athlone I strongly suggest you give this fantastic little boozer a visit.

Ann is the best!!! Flannery's is the best pub in Athlone! It has a lot of charm and my wife and I always love to visit it!
