I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chili’s in Flanders, New Jersey, and I was blown away by the exceptional service from both the manager, Jessica and her entire team members.
From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The staff was attentive , friendly, and went above and beyond
to make our dining experience, perfect .
The food was delicious but it was the outstanding service that truly set this visit apart.
The manager Jessica took the time to check in on us personally ensuring everything was satisfactory , and the team members were prompt and professional throughout our meal.
I highly recommend this Chili’s location to anyone
looking for great food paired with top notch service.

I recently visited this Chili's location with my husband and our two sons. From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted with smiles and great service. Going out to eat with little kids can be stressful, but our waiter greeted us right away and was very attentive throughout our whole meal, which made our visit much easier. The manager, Jessica, was sure to check on us a couple of times during our meal, which I thought was wonderful. She was kind, friendly, and she was great with our boys! The food came out quickly and was delicious! Overall, we had a great visit and we will be sure to visit again soon!

This is what they put inside the burger in the name of Avocado. When I told her she said we only put 2 pieces. This is two half pieces of avocado.

After dining at this location with my family on October 26, 2024, at approximately 8pm. I dropped my wallet at the table where we were sitting at, after leaving restaurant, in route to home, I realized I didn’t have my wallet in my pocket. We immediately contacted the store via phone call, told them I lost my wallet, with some important information in it, and to check to see if it was at the table where we were sitting at prior to leaving. We also notified them we were on our way back to the restaurant, to check the table and area we sat by. When I arrived back at restaurant with my family, I asked the front desk, to speak to manager, he went to to get manger, returned back and stated the manager was busy unable to come speak to me. Front desk stated, manager said to let us know, after we left, the table was cleaned, and swept the area, and didn’t see any black wallet. While there, my family went to the table where we were sat at, advised the new customers at the table we were just here, and would like to check the area to see if my black wallet, that is bulky like a medium sized rock was under the table or in the area. Customers were nice enough to get up and stand aside of table, and immediately saw my black wallet under the table. 1) Its a shame that the manger advised the front desk that she was not able to speak to me, after I requested to speak to her after returning to restaurant. 2) The manger lied and sent a message with front desk guy, the table was cleaned and swept, and bulky black wallet was not found. 3) I advised manager that I am a LEO and active military service member, both my ID’s were inside that wallet, and never checked for it (can’t miss a bulky black wallet). 4) If me and my family did not return to restaurant and checked the table and area where we were sitting at, my bulky black wallet would have never been found, due to lack of manger checking at the table or area for my bulky black wallet (below are 2 pictures of the wallet).

I have not been to Chili’s for the past few years and this is one of the best comebacks I’ve had in a while. Seems like Chili’s new marketing is definitely going towards a Pub/bar aspect, which is really cool. The food here has been a lot better and the all new three for me deal is excellent option to try out. Limited time big smasher burger is a must try and save you a lot of money if you’re not sure about certain things on the menu. I highly recommend giving Chili’s another chance for your all new casual dining experience.

Chili's is a fun place for the whole family. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. We love going there. Management is so professional and kind. The food is really good too and fair pricing. Great place.

Service was horrible. It seems that the noght manager is uninterested in hospitality...as goes for the adolescent bartender. Please see attached pics.

Chips were smashed. Wings sucked and had to ask twice for each beer. Great Jod Chili's. I expected much more from past experience. Fire your management staff and start anew. Do you really want a manager sitting at the bat, sucking a candy cane and watching football?

You know, even just planning a trip to Chili's is enjoyable, knowing what to expect when you get there. I usually already know what I want and what I'll have to drink... Same with the rest of our party! It's always reliable to be of high quality! We usually enjoy sitting in the bar area, so we don't miss any of the games on their multiple screens. The service is always accommodating and friendly.
